Tube Expansion Machine

Shineeast offers a wide range of equipment designed for hydraulic expansion of heat exchanger tubes in tube sheets.

Hydro is the direct application of high internal hydraulic pressure within a tube in order to form a tight joint between the tube and tube sheet. This pressure or expansive force is accurately set, measured, repeated and controlled. The pressure level can be calculated or determined empirically.  

The expansion machine adopts high pressure generated by air driven liquid pump to eliminate the gap between tube sheet and heat exchanger, which solves the problem of traditional machinery tension being uneven, easy to scratch and low efficiency.

Shineeast hydraulic expansion machine is one special expansion machine which is used for expanding and connecting the tube and tube sheet during manufacturing heat exchanger, condenser and high pressure heater etc.
